SSS31 - Trust Manifesto

This session is different. It starts with a trust manifesto. Repeat the lines silently as you listen. You are trustworthy. You build trust breath by breath, action by action. Trust is built in those moments when you feel anxious or weak and step forward anyway. Your state doesn't matter. Trust is built one small courageous action at a time. Journaling Questions: First, write about an area where you already have enormous trust. Where your confidence is off the charts. Describe what you trust and why. Second, think of an area where trust is low. Where you experience doubt, fear, or unrealized potential. And just feel: it's okay. Third, here's the twist. Consider that same low-trust area. Write down all the ways you DO display enormous trust there. Your persistence. Your courage. The energy you put in. How far you've come. How much you've grown. Discover the truth of how much trust you actually have in this area. Feel these realizations. Maybe a new experience in this area is closer than you realize.
