St. Augustine's "Confession:" Book Eleven, Chapter Twenty-Seven

Welcome, Catholic Pilgrims. Today, we need to focus and put our thinking caps on. I had to do a lot of research for this chapter, but I don't want you to start sweating and worrying.  As we read this, just take it in and then I'll explain. Don't try to analyze it to death while I'm reading. It's probably not going to make a ton of sense right away, but we'll get through it. We will, we will.  I'm not saying this to scare you, I'm saying it because I want you to just relax while I read it. I know that when I start reading something that is challenging, I start to get tense and then just stress over the fact that I don't understand. But, relax, I've got you.  With that said, let's open to Book Eleven, Chapter Twenty-Seven on page 275.
