A Miami high-rise shook with horror as 36-year-old Stefano Cremasco-Cicero faces murder charges after allegedly stabbing a woman to death on the 47th floor—claiming self-defense while covered in blood. Surveillance caught him with bloody shoes and a knife before fleeing, then returning to call 911 via a food delivery worker. His wife, in Paris, revealed the victim was a visitor from Mexico and that Stefano had been under immense stress from opening a new restaurant.
