Stacey is also a TV Host of 'Stacey Jackson In The 80's' an entrepeneur who has created a workout range called Staefit. As well as that, Stacey has just released her debut novel, ''How A Gangsta Rapper Made Me A Better Mom'' a fictional, comedic story based on her own life experiences!
