Stacey Lloyd - Your favorite dancing CrossFitter

Possibly the happiest guest we have ever had - Stacey Lloyd! She has so many great stories. Stacy has danced all of her life and turned it into her career. She danced all over the world. And then found CrossFit to stay in dance shape in college. She started CrossFit with Dave over 10 years ago. She actually interned and coached a large portion of our current members. She shares great stories from back in the day including how Stacey and Producer Russ met. The Heartbreaker Lindsay crashes the podcast and that's when things get wild. We find out that these two ladies together is utter chaos. They share party stories, competitions and wedding stories.
