Stacey Rodgers (Founder) and Adra Campbell (Fundraising/Developmental Director) with the Sparkle Mentoring Program discusses how many girls—especially Black girls—are navigating anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and major life decisions without consistent guidance or safe spaces to process what they’re experiencing. It’s a gap that isn’t always visible, but it has long-term impact. To help with the transition from teen to adult, Sparkle Mentoring was set up to address needs from ages 10-18.
