Stacy Monroe was Pregnant at 16; graduating Continuation High School at 17 w/ a cosmetology license; moved out 4 weeks later. Now, she's celebrating 28 years owning Stacy Monroe's Salon in the San Franscico Bay Area + best-selling author! She has 3 daughters and 6 grandchildren; her family + salon are her life! Rewind to 1982.... her first boss taught her solid foundation how to become a successful stylist + she's on a mission to pay it forward + teach others to not work so much!
