STANDING FIRM WHEN FAITH IS TESTED

Scripture “Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.” — 1 Corinthians 16:13 Devotional Message: Faith is often refined in the fire of testing. Seasons of delay, opposition, or uncertainty can shake your confidence, but they also reveal the depth of your trust in God. Standing firm when faith is tested means choosing to believe God’s Word even when circumstances suggest otherwise. Tests are not meant to destroy your faith but to strengthen it. Every challenge you endure with trust produces spiritual maturity and endurance. When you refuse to give up, complain, or retreat, your faith grows roots that cannot be easily shaken. In moments when answers seem slow and prayers appear unanswered, remain anchored in God’s promises. He is faithful, and what He has spoken will surely come to pass. As you stand firm, God will sustain you and turn your trials into testimonies. Today, Ask Yourself What test is challenging my faith right now, and how can I respond with trust instead of fear? Prayer Father, give me the strength to stand firm when my faith is tested. Help me to trust You in difficult seasons and remain anchored in Your Word. Renew my courage and let my trials produce greater faith in me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
