Standing in Babylon

In the midst of Babylon, wicked kings will rise and fall but the Sovereign hand of the Lord rules for all eternity. So...How do we stand in Babylon? How do we continue to see God's Kingdom advance, even in the midst of wicked rulers? "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" (John 8:32). God's ultimate desire for our lives is not that we are safe, but that we are free. If we desire this life of freedom that Christ purchased on the cross, then we must be willing to seek Truth, the whole Truth and nothing but the Truth.
