Standing up leads to standing out

The transformative power of the good news of Jesus in our lives makes us different and stand out. This is not a IF but a WHEN. It’s not a maybe. When we faithfully follow Jesus, and subscribe to his spirits leading, we discover the uniqueness of ourselves and the calling to bring our unique skills, gifts and talents to the collective goal of glorifying God and encouraging people to encounter this reality in a daily lives. One of the challenges of this transformation is that often we resist being different, or standing out. Learning to be OK with being different is vital to faithfully following Jesus.
