Stanford Freshman Leads Draft Buzz

Stanford freshman Ebuka Okorie is heating up the NBA draft scene, reportedly invited to the 2026 draft green room alongside elite prospects like Duke’s Isaiah Evans and Texas’s Dailyn Swain — a rare honor usually reserved for first-round prospects. With over 23 points per game and ACC-leading scoring, Okorie’s all-around game signals serious pro potential. Last year’s green room invitees all went in the first round — a clear sign of how highly teams view this class. With around 25 top prospects expected to attend, including AJ Dybantsa and Darryn Peterson, the 2026 draft is shaping up to be a powerhouse event — set for Brooklyn June 23-24.
