Stanley County Commission candidate forum hosted by the Fort Pierre Chamber of Commerce

The Fort Pierre Chamber of Commerce hosted a candidate forum April 23, 2026, at the Community Youth Involved Center in Fort Pierre. FP Chamber Executive Director Shane Kramme emceed and the moderators were DRG Media Group News and Farm Director Jody Heemstra and Riverfront Broadcasting News Director Zach Nelson. Stanley County Commission– Positions on the ballot are (4 year terms) (L to R): Commission District 3 – Darby Nutter and Dana Iversen Commission District 1 – Craig Heller, unchallenged Commission District 5 – Chris Carter and Gary Grittner
