Star Trek Discovery Season 1, Episode 8 'Si Vis Pacem, Para Bellum' Recap - The Oz Network TV

from The Oz Network - TV & Film Recaps · host Ben Waterworth

Once again Star Trek Discovery is boldly going where it hasn't gone all season. Our 2 month long wish has finally been fulfilled, and we're out of that tired Bridge set and onto a real planet. Colin and Jamie are so happy to finally see a world that they even manage to ignore the many issues with this episode..... well, mostly that is. Colin still has no love for any love story between Burnham and Tyler while Jamie was fascinated and disturbed by a part of Saru's body that holds a striking resemblance to another part of the human anatomy. Hint: it may or may not be a dong. The real question everyone has is whether or not we can forgive the problems this series has enough to really enjoy this episode. That and of course where the Kardashians rank among the best Star Trek villain species. ★ Support this podcast on Patreon ★
