"He and and I talked for about a month before he formally notified [CW president] Mark [Pedowitz] and [WBTV president] Peter Roth, because he was like, 'Think about this a lot, let’s talk about it, because once I kick it up the chain, once the ball starts rolling….' So I thought about it then. I assumed that [the series] was going to end at the end of 7, but Greg’s smarter than me, and he had a really good idea about a limited run in Season 8."https://www.cbr.com/arrow-when-stephen-amell-decided-to-leave/Colton Haynes is returning to Arrow for the final season (Date: 3 Oct 2019)EW has exclusively learned that Colton Haynes is indeed returning to Arrow and will recur in the final season. The news arrives two months after the star’s demotion from series regular status sparked some fear that he might not appear in the CW superhero drama’s farewell song. (Date: 26 Sept 2019)TV Insider has learned exclusively that Osric Chau has been cast the recurring role of Ryan Choi for this winter's Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover. Although she initially believed the pain and discomfort to be a broken rib, the sensation persisted for months while she was filming a movie in Romania where she similarly performed her own stunts. After receiving an MRI, Rose learned the true extent of her injury, with only a tiny portion of her spine not severed.Running the risk of becoming paraplegic should she strain and move her back in even the slightest sensitive position, Rose underwent surgery to repair her spine, taking time off to recuperate before jumping back into filming the rest of the series.https://www.cbr.com/batwomans-ruby-rose-stunt-injury-broke-neck NEXT EPISODE Link to Promo Photos: https://www.cbr.com/arrow-season-8-black-canary-diggle-starling-city-photos/(Date: 10 Sept 2019) Episode: “Starling City” [Season 8 Episode 1] Air Date: Tuesday, October 15, 2019 Summary:In the wake of discovering what his future holds, Oliver will find himself pit against his most challenging battle yet, one that will leave the multiverse hanging in the balance.
