In Legends of Tomorrow S1E6, Sara meets future Oliver and he says:"30 years ago, you and Ray hopped on a spaceship, and you never came back."In Crisis Part One, they meet alternate Oliver, and he says:"You're dead. You... you went down with the Gambit."So, Earth-16 is an alternate Earth that's very similar to Star City 2046, but Sara actually died on the Gambit. She never got on the Amazo, joined the League, or came back to Star City. Star City 2046 was a potential future for Earth-1 that was avoided.
