Hello, old listeners and new. This is a little thing that I, Alex, the game, mustered and putting together for new listeners for a jump on point. Right now, it's me, Alex and Shannon's here with me. Hi.
And we're here to tell you a little bit about what SHU is and the show's and what to expect. So, Shannon, what would you say SHU is? If you had it, it's a gun to your head, had to tell somebody what it was. It's comics for your ears.
Am I allowed to say that? Yeah, you're allowed to say that. So basically, we have four shows and they all exist in the same universe, but they each have their own stories. So you don't have to listen to all four, but you can.
And if you do, there's like a little Easter eggs that, you know, flow back and forth through each and sometimes there's crossovers. Everyone's smiling. Yeah, it's a big universe. Yeah, it's a big universe.
So this is kind of where reboot, not rebooting, because the old stuff still exists in a still canon. But we're kind of resetting like a soft reboot. New number ones for new listeners to join up. Lots of new characters.
Lots of new characters. It's a year after a big event. So like everything's kind of new. There might be references to old stuff for new listeners, but it's not going to be too heavy handed on it, hopefully.
And we'll try to explain it as we go the best we can. So you don't have to go listen to the entire backlog. But the shows that we have, we're going to have the first Wednesday of every month is going to be Unipiros, which is, how do you explain Unipiros, Shannon? They're the good gods.
Because you're on it. Yeah. We're the good guys. OK.
Superhero team. Yeah, so it's a superhero team. And on the second Wednesday of every month, we're going to have Young Sentinels, which is the babies teens. That is a Patreon show.
And I actually babies. I'm sorry. No, they're just young ones. Young heroes.
Young heroes. Young heroes in training. Just getting their legs, that kind of thing. But that is a Patreon show.
So the players on that are patrons of the podcast. The third Wednesday of every month, we're going to have Tales of Villainy. Ooh, the bad gods. The bad guys.
Yep, it's a group of Nerdy Wells, No Good Nicks. Yeah, the ones that me and my team fight sometimes. Yep. There's some lore there.
And the, not the last, because sometimes there's five Wednesdays. But on the fourth Wednesday of every month. Only Wednesdays. On the fourth Wednesday of every month, we're going to have weird adventures in space.
Them space guys. Them space guys. Up in the space world. Yep.
Doing a space thing. That is also a Patreon show. We have two Patreon shows. And we put them on the main feed along with everything else, because everything is canonical.
Everything. Mm-hmm. We also have a second feed called SHU2, which is some side content, which are the main shows that has some extra stuff. Just like bits and bobs and stuff.
