The local church is a critical part of you becoming who God made you to be in Christ. Your faith is deeply personal, but we see in Scripture that it is not private. You were made for relationship, and it’s vital that you take your place in the family of God expressed in your local church. Church is more than a building or an activity; it’s a community where God forms and shapes you as you grow alongside others who are committed to your spiritual growth.
