You are never too old to start a journey. Be it health and fitness journey which I’m going to talk about today. I was at work today. I work in healthcare and there is this nurse assistant extremely nice, kind wonderful gentlemen who always gives me compliments. Today he said “I want to look like you bro”. I told him, you can just start now. His response, “I’m too old”. We spoke for about 5 more min and gave him some advice on getting started and taking small action steps to get momentum going.
