Start With Why

Today's conversation between Chad Kneller, Martevious Young and I is in response to a classic Ted Talk from Simon Sinek about the principles in his book "Start With Why."    Here are some of the high points:   People don't buy what you do, they buy why you do it.   Great leaders INSPIRE action... they don't motivate action. Any change of significance has to start from the inside out!   Once you identify your personal WHY, how are you consistently keeping it at the front of mind to stay focused on it?
