Spending that first even 20 minutes with just yourself in the morning can truly empower your mindset and attitude for the rest of your day and before you go tackle that to-do list. In this episode, I share what my morning routine looks like and ideas for starting to implement yours. I go over the actionable items you can include in your morning that can be done in whatever time you have available to you.
