Okay, so if I’m being honest I totally got away from this being a part of my morning routine. And I can say for sure, that I feel the difference in my day! Checking in with God, Source, Universe whatever your name is for Him, doesn't have to be this daunting task that you have to do. It could be a quick 10-minute chat while you're in the shower before your day begins. Thanking Him for a new day, telling Him how much you love Him. Asking Him for guidance throughout the day.
