Greg and Dan talk with Shawn Potts, Race Director and Promoter of the Peoria TT, about the 79th running of the world-famous Peoria TT, happening Saturday, August 22, at the Peoria Motorcycle Club. The historic race has been held since 1947 and brings Progressive American Flat Track racing to one of the sport’s most iconic courses, known for its unique layout and famous jump. Shawn previews what motorcycle fans can expect throughout race day, including practice, qualifying, fan activities, and the main events, while also covering what spectators can and cannot bring to the grounds. He also discusses the involvement of Walters Brothers Harley-Davidson and more surrounding this longtime Central Illinois motorcycle tradition.
