Starting a Bank from Scratch

From 2000 to 2008, nearly 1,100 banks were newly chartered in this country. But that number fell drastically following the financial crisis in 2008. In fact, when Infinity Bank in Santa Ana, California, opened its doors on February 1, 2018, it became only the ninth bank in the United States to open after the crisis.
