After 22 episodes, I decided it was time to pause, take a breath, and talk to myself. This episode is a little different because it’s just me—reflecting on where I’ve been, what I’ve learned, and the ways I’ve spent far too much of my life judging myself, doubting myself, shrinking myself, and letting myself down. So this is my apology… to me. An apology for every time I made myself smaller. For every time I questioned my worth, silenced my voice, or believed I wasn’t enough. And for all the times I didn’t realize just how much more there was to me. I am asking you now: where do you need to apologize to yourself? Starting this podcast has taught me more about myself than I ever expected. I never imagined I would actually have a podcast, let alone make it through 22 episodes! 😂 And somewhere along the way, I started discovering parts of myself I didn’t even know were waiting to be seen. So as Season Two begins, I’m not pretending I know exactly where this is all going. I’m simply starting fresh, staying open, and following the flow. I also want to thank every guest who has shared their story, their wisdom, their wounds, and their healing with me—and everyone who has listened along the way. This is a new chapter.
