Starting a Third Book, Based on a Screenplay

With two other books under my writing belt, one a memoir and the other, a novel, this author starts his third literary project, a romantic thriller called "Vesuvio," as a novel. It is based on my prize-winning screenplay, but proves to be a not-so-easy go. One reader was not impressed, while another loved it and grabbed it for his company.
