Tell the story of why the business will succeed. This typically involves not only the technical details but also the business case. Here are some points to include: It's a large market. The technology commands a premium price. It's difficult for others to copy. You've validated the product and the market with the customer. The team is experienced and brings a unique set of values to the business. Finally, show how the business can scale. Scaling means revenue can grow faster than the costs. Instead of focusing on how the technology works, tell the story of why the business works.
