State & Church Run Work Camps – Socialists Really Want More Government?? with Kevin Annett

from Sarah Westall - Business Game Changers

Kevin Annett, Activist, Author, and Past Minister who has been nominated three times (2013, 2014, 2015) for the Noble Peace prize, joins the program to discuss the forced "assimilation" programs the American Indian children were forced to endure. By the age of 7 federal law mandated that Native American children were to move into "assimilation" boarding schools where they received very little education, were forced to work, did not see their parents for years, and were lucky to survive the 50% to 60% death rate of the "camp". These "schools" were open up until the year of 1996 and managed to decimate the Native American population. A part of history that Canadians and Americans have not learned in school.
