But it's also the Second Annual State Blood Donor Day in Washington and Oregon. One of those behind the idea of setting aside a day to honor blood donation as well as first responders is Juan Cotto, the Senior Government Affiars and Community Engagement Specialist for Bloodworks Northwest.
