A key witness, Angelo Agrizzi, has returned to the Commission of inquiry into state capture this morning. The former Bosasa COO will once again be testifying before the commission for the eighth day. Agrizzi has implicated high ranking officials in the departments of correctional services and members of the ruling party, the African National Congress, in tender rigging and corruption. According to Agrizzi, Bosasa colluded with state officials and politicians in order for the multi-services company to secure multi-million worth contracts.
