Who should live in Jackson Hole?

from State of Jackson · host KHOL - Jackson Hole Community Radio

Jackson Hole is preparing for some of the largest affordable housing developments in its history in the face of an extreme housing shortage for those who earn local wages. Even following a vote against current plans, “the Virg” could still become the town’s largest affordable housing project to date. Plans for hundreds of affordable homes in Northern South Park come in front of planning commissioners this summer. But who will live there? And is that who we want living here? Housing Supply Board Chair Carrie Kruse and Jackson Town Councilor and economist Jonathan Schechter approach the region’s big housing questions differently. They break down their thinking with co-host Pete Muldoon.
