Megan started her college coaching career as an assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, where, during the 2024-2025 season, she helped lead the Tartans to the NCAA Tournament for the fourth time in program history. This year, she was recognized as a Women’s Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Thirty Under 30 Honoree.
