This week we welcome Anna Bullard from the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence back to the podcast to talk with us about government relations on a state and national level as it relates to autism care. We are going to talk about what’s currently going on in the legislature and what you can do to help make change!   Anna is the ideal person to talk about this with us today as she is currently the VP of government relations at the BHCOE. Anna also successfully passed legislation named after her daughter, Ava, who had been diagnosed with autism. “Ava’s Law” created access to therapy for individuals diagnosed with autism in Georgia. Her perseverance and knowledge in government relations and business development has led to thousands of lives accessing care nationally.
