Stay of Execution With Just Days to Spare!

In a rare move, the Texas Court of Appeals has just halted the execution of 58-year-old Robert Roberson. Roberson was set to die by lethal injection October 16th and become the first person in this country executed for a shaken baby syndrome conviction after the death of his 2 year old daughter.
