Stay Strong! Keep Going! You Matter!

from A Quest for Well-Being · host Valeria Teles

— It's not easy going it alone. But if you KEEP GOING, stay true to yourself. It will be worth it in the end. The hardest walk you can make is the walk you make alone, but that is the walk that makes you the strongest. That is the walk that builds your character the most. To all of you fighting battles alone, to all of you going against the grain, battling the naysayers. Stay strong! Keep going! Stay Strong! Keep going!  Valeria Teles interviews Patricia Love — the author of "Seen and (Un) Heard: A Little Girl's Journey From Silence To Empowerment." Patricia Love is a Women's Empowerment Coach, and Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). By combining these practices along with her own personal experience in overcoming real-life challenges and trauma, she's spent the last two decades inspiring and empowering women and girls of all ages to be brave with their story and use their voice for good. While Patricia grew up feeling silenced and misunderstood, she was able to use those experiences as fuel to light her inner fire and make a positive difference in the world around her. She is an advocate for Women's Voices through her "Healing Hoodies" mission.
