Staying Consistant in a Inconsistent World - Ep 72e
from HEALTH & HAPPINESS with Lynette Mieglitz · host Lynette Mieglitz
Staying consistent in an inconsistent world is about doing all the right things, all the work living in the present moment being positive, but as soon as you step out your front door you're in a world that's full of negativity, opinions, so how do you combat this. Aside from surrounding yourself with positive people which isn't always possible in the workplace. It's like anything that you want to run optimally you need to recharge your battery each day when you get home. To do this I recommend bringing all the issues of the day to meditation to prayer and what you meditate on, the answers you get are usually positive and and oftentimes something you never even thought of. That is one way of charging your battery. I realize it is unfortunate that we have to shield ourselves so much and there's a lot of very positive people, positive situations but we live in a world where it's kind of a mixed bag and so we need to learn to protect ourselves and still walk confidently in being our best selves and being the person that we want to be and it's just taking steps and learning how to do this, how to get recharged so that you're on track daily.Send us Fan MailSupport the showRefer a friend.
