Add diced tomatoes, coconut milk, frozen peas and cauliflower. Cook until cauliflower is fork tender. Banana Coconut Nice CreamFrozen banana Coconut milkMaple syrup to tasteChocolate chips Shredded coconut Instructions: Blend banana, coconut milk, and maple syrup in high powered blender until desired consistency is reached.
