Dr Katy Askew, Postdoctoral Research Fellow and PhD student Makis Tzioras both from The University of Edinburgh and Dr Isabel Castanho a postdoc researcher at University of Exeter joined the podcast remotely to discuss and share. These three will be back again in a few weeks’ time to discuss in greater details, how they manage the pressures of academia with a focus on mental health and wellness.
