The year 2018 was the hardest year of my life. But God was at work during that time, and I thank Him so much for doing everything that He did. Even though everything I went through really tore me to my core and I experienced pain I have not ever felt before, it made me into the person that I am today. I dated someone I really loved. I was with someone who I would do anything for, who I desperately wanted to marry, and who I thought I wanted to spend the rest of my life with.  But it is funny how once you are away from a situation, you get so much clarity and see things you could really see before when you were in it and up close with it. I was in a toxic relationship that I thank God for every day, because even though the relationship almost led me to committing suicide.
