Lucia holds her first court as a newly-appointed fae judge.  After she inducts several non-fae into the Phoenix Court, she meets with her friends to deliver Lena's final prophecy, and the team divvies up the tasks that she set out for them.  Branch, tasked with finding the oracle, gets an unpleasant call from the Collector.  Meanwhile, Luther talks with Serafine about Branch's offer to take the phoenix's place, and Lesleigh deals with an unpleasant feeling in her chest...
