***This interview is a repeat from December 2008***Steffan has been at the forefront of the New Zealand organics movement for more than twenty years.His successful Bio-Gro horticulture business won both the Horticulture and Supreme awards in the Marlborough Rural Environmental awards in 2003.His aim is to have genuinely sustainable organics in New Zealands food, fibre, forestry and fishing industries - which he states, "also makes good business sense."He has also recently become a Member of Parliament for the Green Party of Aotearoa NZ.
