Ebay, and three former high-level employees at the firm, are to pay Ina and David Steiner 57 million dollars after the company was found to have waged a campaign of terror against the couple. After Ina wrote a series of articles critical of eBay, the company harassed the couple sending them threatening and embarrassing items including live insects and books on how to survive the death of a spouse, leaving them fearing for their lives. Chris Murphy, a partner of Scalli Murphy law in Massachusetts, helped the couple achieve justice and joins Pat to tell us their story and what this ruling means for the future.
