This innovative technology utilizes a lithium-metal anode to significantly increase energy density while enhancing safety by removing flammable liquid components. By testing these batteries in a pilot fleet of Dodge Charger Daytona models, the company aims to drastically extend driving range and reduce overall vehicle weight. These road tests, scheduled for 2026, will evaluate how the hardware performs under diverse environmental stresses and high-speed charging scenarios.
