Katie's story is so inspiring, she started her career journey as a science communicator to now becoming the CEO of the Trust. she was awarded an honorary degree last year for her great contribution and development of the Trust. Daphne Jackson Fellowships support returners across all areas of research. They provide the retraining and mentorship needed to successfully return to research after a career break of 2 years or more taken for family, caring or health reasons.
