step 10 warrior way

⚔️ Step Ten – The Daily Shield “Continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly admitted it.” Step Ten isn’t about fixing the past — It’s about protecting the future. This step is your daily sharpening. Your spiritual maintenance. Your warrior’s discipline. After making amends in Step Nine, some people relax. They think the storm has passed. But a real warrior knows: > The moment you drop your guard is the moment ego creeps back in. In this episode, I talk about Step Ten as the daily shield — a tool we use every day to stay clean, clear, and ready for what’s next. Because recovery isn’t just about the big wins — it’s about the small, silent battles you fight in your head, your heart, your attitude. This is about asking yourself every single day: Did I lie? Was I short-tempered? Did I act with integrity — or just react? Did I honour the code? And when the answer is no — we act fast. We admit it. We correct it. We move on. No shame. No dragging it out. This step keeps the warrior light on his feet — not burdened by guilt, not weighed down by yesterday. Step Ten is what separates the ones who stay free from the ones who fall back. This is the step where we check ourselves before the universe checks us. So in this episode, I’ll walk you through how to paint the day honestly, how to spot your blind spots, and how to use Step Ten as a weapon against ego, resentment, and stagnation. Because if you want to stay clean, strong, and awake — You don’t just fight addiction once. You fight for your freedom every day.
