Stephanie Shimp from Blue Barn and the Blue Table Booth joins Jason DeRusha live from the Great Minnesota Get Together. They chat about the Blue Barn building in the newer west end of the fair… they’ve been there since 2014. Stephanie and Jason talk about what it takes to get something like the Blue Barn built, their new menu items (she says it's important to have fresh options every year) and some of the politics behind getting on the Fair’s “list”. In their second segment, Jason and Stephanie talk about the changes in drinking habits, how they’ve reacted as a business and some of the drinks they’re offering at the Blue Barn.
