Stephanie Carrasco Bear Roots

I have my friend Stephanie on the podcast. She talks about growing up in San Jose with her struggles with drug addiction and alcoholism And how she found recovery has been sober for 11 years. 4 years ago she lost her oldest son Nathaniel to an overdose from a fentanyl laced pill. Though her grief she is a participant in the Fentanyl awareness community and wants to create support groups for others that have been heavily affected by the epidemic.
