Stephanie Donnelly
In 2008, Blair Evan Donnelly was declared not criminally responsible for the tragic murder of his 16-year-old daughter, Stephanie Donnelly. This marked the beginning of a complex and unsettling journey within the criminal justice system. Just a year later, Blair was granted an unescorted day pass, during which he committed another violent offence by stabbing a friend. Fast forward to 2023, and Blair was once again granted an unescorted day pass, attending an event in Vancouver's Chinatown, where he stabbed three unsuspecting strangers. These shocking and senseless acts of violence have sparked a heated debate about the treatment and monitoring of individuals like Blair. Join us as we explore the haunting details of this case, the implications for public safety, and the profound impact it has had on politicians, law enforcement, and the community at large. -- Music Composed by: Sayer Roberts - https://soundcloud.com/user-135673977 // shorturl.at/mFPZ0 Subscribe to TNTC+ on Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/TNTC Join our Patreon: www.patreon.com/tntcpod Merch: https://www.teepublic.com/stores/true-north-true-crime?ref_id=24376 Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tntcpod/ Follow us on Twitter: https://twitter.com/tntcpod
