Stephanie is CEO and Co-Founder of Ace of Air. Ace of Air, launching in January 2021 with skincare and supplements, is the first fully circular beauty & wellness brand. Ace of Air elevates every standard for beauty and wellness with products that put people and planet above all. Stephanie also serves on the boards of Dollar Tree, Inc., and Knoll, Inc., where she chairs the Nominating and Governance Committees of both companies, and serves on the board of Founder’s Table, parent company of CHOPT Creative Salad Company and Dos Toros. Prior, Stephanie was Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer at both Coach, Inc. and Revlon, Inc, and CEO of the Tracy Anderson Method. She also serves on the board of The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in quantitative economics from Stanford University and a master’s degree, with distinction, from the Harvard Business School.
