Chester Nimitz while overseeing the War of the Pacific 1 sugar cube 1 dash Angostura bitters Hot water 2 oz. Bourbon 1 oz. Rum Add the sugar cube to a rocks glass. Add the bitters on the cube, then pour just enough hot water to melt the cube. Add cracked ice, bourbon and rum and stir. No garnish. El Gavilan 2 parts Tres Agaves Reposado ½ part Grapefruit Juice ¾ parts Lime Juice ¾ parts Demarara Syrup 1 dash Angostura Bitters Top with Mexican grapefruit soda (such as squirt or Jarritos) Add all ingredients except soda in the shaker Add ice, shake and strain over ice. Top off with Mexican soda and garnish with lime wheel; serve in highball glass.
