Stephen Martin Allan

The Braw and The Brave is a podcast about people and their passions. Episode 104 is in conversation with trained ballet dancer Stephen Martin Allan. Moving from Glasgow to Canada as a teenager with his family he was accepted on a full scholarship to attend Canada National Ballet School despite having very little ballet training. His innate talent and impressive work ethic saw him receive awards during his time at the school and then go on to attend Guildford School of Acting in the UK. During his first year there he auditioned for CATS The Musical in Vienna and was cast as Mr Mistoffelees. Now living and working on the production in Vienna, Stephen also has a real passion for commercial dance and is teaching as well as performing. His story is one of self belief, determination and the real work behind the pursuit of a dream. Enjoy!
